International Model, Falken Tire spokesmodel, entrepreneur, business woman, nutritionist, and philanthropist are just some of the many ways to describe Carissa Rosario - one of hardest working and busiest models in the industry today.
Born in Massachusetts to Latin American and Greek Ancestry, Carissa has had a passion for her craft since the early age of 3. At just 10 years old, Carissa was discovered and began modeling professionally. Today, Carissa humbly graces the covers of 15 International and National magazine covers and can be seen in Vogue Mexico, GQ South Africa, Maxim Espanol, Maxim UK, Maxim US, FHM Turkey and FHM Croatia - just to name a few.
With nothing short of a powerful presence in person and on camera, she was a natural for pageants and has successfully won 5 beauty pageants, placed as the 2nd runner-up to Miss Latina USA in the American Dream Pageant and is currently ranked #1 on Google as the most searched Professional Maxim Model.
Another day, another model, another bio? Not quite.
Carissa Rosario is far from just a pretty face with all the right physical features and outgoing, down to earth personality. She packs a deadly combination of beauty and brains with an impressive College Degree from Florida State University (FSU) in Nutrition and Exercise Science, all while maintaining her busy modeling career.
After accomplishing her academic goals, Carissa moved to Los Angeles where she was hired to host the show "Como TV" for Telemundo. She has continued to host, dance and model for several other Spanish-speaking networks, and has appeared in two national commercials for Burger King (with P. Diddy) and Comcast Cable. She has had a number of roles in feature films including the lead in Ride Sweet Die Slow.
As Carissa has grown, so has her industry experience which has fueled some entrepreneurial endeavors that don't deserve to go unnoticed. She is currently a partner in "Afterparty" (a healthy alternative drink for hangovers).
Carissa is currently available for partnership and booking opportunities, although her schedule is almost filled up until the end of 2011.
